Flexible but painful
Sometimes, we do not realize for hurting people by our words. Hurting people by our words might not always happen. If the person never finds out what you said, you are in the clear, aren’t you? Not necessarily. Things have a way of coming back and hurting people in unexpected ways. Before you say, you have to think about what you say. Would you say that to their face? If not, it’s probably best left unsaid. Monitoring our thoughts. Think about what we thinking about. I often go along thinking things about other people, judging them, and I don’t even realize it. I’m going to work on paying more attention to my thoughts and do my best to push them in a positive direction. Remember how it feels to be judged. And remember how it felt last time we judges someone else. It wasn’t good, was it?
When we do something wrong, we
usually feel guilty to ourselves. Actually not at all. It seems like when we
judge others, we feel bad afterward. We don’t feel good about ourselves. We
might get a tiny rush from the judgments, but, ultimately, we feel guilty. We
think we are a bad person for casting such harsh judgment on others. We bring
ourselves down when we bring others down. Some people would be afraid of
greeting judged. But, the others are fine to greeting them.
The more judgments out there in the world, the more stereotypes get formed and people are trying avoid the ideas of what they are supposed to be. Whether stereotypes are based on race, gender, spirituality, ethnicity, appearance, or any other attribute, they are bad news. They force people to feel as if there are standards they must meet instead of living a free, happy life. Do not be a part of perpetuating stereotypes with your own judgments. So, start from now to avoid stereotyping. Stereotypes are never, ever good. I have tried to avoid them and hard to do. They create a lot of negativity in the world.
Someone has said to me “Thinking
positively may bring you to positive life”. I can take that if we think
positively, we would also get positive thing in our life. It is seems like our
mind could change our behavior. No matter what we way we rationalize our
judgments, they are not bringing anything good into the world. They bring
others down. They bring us down. They make the world a more unhappy place. Can
you imagine what the world would be like if we tried to understand other rather
than judging them? It would be better to understand other because we know the
reason why they do like that. We could tolerate them by knowing their reasons.
Like I said, judgment are negative. There is almost always something positive
you can find in someone or something.
We see people wearing a nice dress and get a lot of friends, we see people getting famous because their beauty, and many others of example for making us envy. We could judge them easily because of these problems. If we are judging others, we are probably judging ourselves pretty harshly as well. As for me, I know this is a case. For example, I judge what other people wear and as a consequence, I’m extremely concerned with what I wear. I spend quite a lot of time even I spend a lot of money on my clothing and appearance. I bet I would this less if I did not judge others so harshly. Focus on our own life. Don’t worry about what other people are doing or wearing or etc.

So, what do you waiting for? Do you
want to hurt people? Do you want to make you feel worse about you? Do you want
to perpetuate stereotypes? Do you want to put negativity into the world? Or do
you want to encourage you to judge yourself? Your life, your choice.

And how do you prevent it from happening in the real world? If, lets just say, you see some in front of you, what'll be your action towards this?
ReplyDeleteThank you for your question.
DeleteLike I said, thinking positively may bring you to positive life. I'll give you an example, if you hear someone says something bad about you, you have to be more patient and take the positive side. Even you can ignore them and continue your life. But if you are the bullying you should be "a thinker".You have to speak carefully to prevent it
